- ... to be protected from racial, religious and any other form of discrimination.
- ... to be given special treatment, education and care if they are phisically, meantally or socially handicapped.
- ... to be the first to receive protection and relief in all circumstances.
- ... to enjoy freedom of thought, conscience and religion.
